What to Expect
Before Treatment: Avoid retinoids and exfoliating products for 5-7 days prior. Discontinue blood thinners as advised. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin.
During Treatment: A topical numbing cream is applied for 30-45 minutes before treatment. The Pixel 8 handpiece is then guided over the treatment area. You'll feel warmth and mild pressure. Treatment takes 30-60 minutes depending on the area.
After Treatment: Expect redness and mild swelling for 2-4 days. Tiny pinpoint marks fade within a week. Results improve progressively over 3-6 months as new collagen forms. Most patients benefit from 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
